Please read through carefully

SCHEDULING

  • Work Continuity: Veo Elite Remodeling will execute the remodeling work continuously, barring any unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather or supply chain disruptions. For exterior work, operations may be paused during extreme weather conditions that could compromise quality or safety. Interior work, such as light carpentry, bathroom, and kitchen remodeling, will proceed uninterrupted unless otherwise stated. We will resume operations at the earliest safe and feasible opportunity to ensure timely completion.

  • Exterior painting will not proceed during rainfall or if the temperature exceeds 96°F or drops below 45°F, as these conditions may affect paint application and drying times. For remodeling projects, any environmental or structural factors that could delay progress will be communicated to the client immediately.

WEATHER CONDITIONS AND WORK APPLICATION

  • Veo Elite Remodeling prioritizes quality and safety. Exterior painting will not take place on days with a high risk of rain, as this can affect paint adhesion and finish. For other exterior work, like deck or porch remodeling, weather conditions will also be assessed to ensure that materials are properly applied and secured.

  • For optimal results in painting, wood siding should have 2-3 consecutive dry, sunny days before application. If there is heavy rain during exterior painting, we recommend a 2-3 day drying period before resuming.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR MOVING FURNITURE AND OBJECTS

  • Clients are responsible for moving furniture, fixtures, and other items that could impede the work. Veo Elite Remodeling reserves the right to assess the feasibility of moving certain items and will not be liable for damage incurred when assisting with these tasks unless negligence is proven.

  • If the project involves heavy objects or requires additional labor to move items, extra costs may apply. This will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the project start.

INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR REMODELING PREPARATION

  • For all remodeling projects, we will thoroughly prepare surfaces, remove debris, and ensure that work areas are secure and safe. Any unforeseen structural issues discovered during the work will be communicated immediately to the client, and a revised plan or quote may be required.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • The project will adhere strictly to the scope outlined in the estimate. Any additional work must be agreed upon by both parties, with clear documentation of changes and costs.

CONTRACT ADDENDUM

  • If additional work or changes are requested during the project, they will be documented in a contract amendment. No work outside the original scope will be performed without a formal written agreement.

CLEANING

  • We are committed to maintaining a clean and safe job site. While some debris may occur during scraping, sanding, or demolition, we will clean up daily. Please note, we are not responsible for cleaning up after other contractors on site.

MATERIAL APPROVAL

  • Clients must approve all materials, including paint colors, tiles, or wood selections, at least 48 hours before work begins. Delays in material selection may result in rescheduling, and any costs incurred due to delays will be the responsibility of the client.

  • If incorrect information is provided by the client regarding materials, any additional costs for acquiring correct materials will be added to the final invoice.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION

  • During the project, any questions or concerns should be addressed to Levi Camacho or the designated project supervisor.

PROPERTY ACCESS

  • To avoid delays, clients should provide secure access to the property if they are not available. Failure to do so may result in project delays, for which Veo Elite Remodeling will not be held responsible.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • At Veo Elite Remodeling, we require a deposit to secure your project and begin work. Our payment structure is based on your scheduled start date and the scope of the project:

    • For projects starting within 2 weeks of estimate approval or being scheduled: A 40% or 50% deposit (depending on project length and scope) is required to begin work.

    • For projects scheduled more than 3 weeks out: A non-refundable 15% security deposit is required to reserve your spot on our calendar. This amount will be applied toward your total deposit (40%–50%) once your project start date approaches.

    • The remaining balance will be split and due either midway through the project and/or upon completion, depending on the terms discussed in your agreement.

This structure allows us to reserve time and resources specifically for your project, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

  • Failure to pay in full after project completion, may result in additional fees, or Veo Elite Remodeling may pursue legal action, including placing a lien on the property.

  • Legal Expenses: The client will be responsible for all legal expenses if Veo Elite Remodeling must pursue legal recourse for unpaid balances.
